We are a dedicated team of Specialist Leaders in Education (SLE) with over over 22 years of experience. We are passionate about delivering quality education to the students in our community, and understand the importance that is placed on getting the right educational support. Not only are our teachers experienced, qualified teachers, but they also receive training on how to deliver tuition sessions the Level Up Way!

Aneesa Kola

I am passionate about high quality teaching, learning & assessment, and remain focused upon student’s achieving their personal best though high quality first wave teaching, and strong leadership.My role is to identify and prioritise needs, coach others to maintain change in their own learning settings, and to build leadership capacity.

I value the opportunity to support others, and to leave teachers and leaders in a position in which they feel empowered and confident to develop independently.

Adil Farooq

The greatest reward from teaching for me is seeing the students get the results they deserve. I am motivated by the desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for both students and staff

My whole career has revolved around making sure the students have the best chance possible to go on to live successful lives.

I am an experienced Science teacher who very quickly went onto leading a department to attain one of the best Science grades in the history of the school. I am now an assistant headteacher and have gained invaluable experience being part of a successful SLT team.

Tuition Lead by SLE’s

Small group sessions – Research demonstrates small group sessions boost pupils progress and confidence. There is also evidence that small groups benefit from collaborative learning rather than 1 to 1 tuition. Pupils also have access to learning support groups out of their tuition sessions.

At Level up Learning, all our staff are qualified teachers and also go through rigorous training to give your children the best possible education they deserve. Education that will no doubt give them the opportunity to level up.
